The accused was also caught within 24 hours.The case was transferred to the CBI, but certain things came to light, causing people to continue protesting.And what kind of situation is prevailing there that made authorities directly say, “We’ve arrested the accused.”Then why are people linking it to gang r@pe?So, this entire case isn’t as simple as it seems. In this video, I’ve tried to explain the actual root cause.So that you can form your own opinion. The details I’ll provide in the videoare from Kolkata High Court orders, Supreme Court orders, news reports, and the post-mortem’s original copy,which will be in the description. I’m not making anything up.So, in West Bengal, in Kolkata, where R.G. Kar Medical College and Hospital is located, back in this college,in the year 2016, a cook named Sanjay Roy used to work.He is the root cause of the entire incident that took place, andat that time, his family consisted of his mother, sister, and wife, whom he divorced.To earn a living, he worked as a cook at R.G. Kar College.One day, while working, he disappeared from the college without telling anyone. Since only a cook had disappeared,it didn’t cause much concern, so nobody looked into the matter. Now, for the next 3 years, Sanjay Roycouldn’t be tracked down; no one knew where he was. Then, after 3 years in 2019, Sanjay Roy joined West Bengal’s Civic Volunteer Force.Actually, in the West Bengal Police, there was a shortage of workforce, which led to the creation of the Civic Volunteer Force in 2012.The West Bengal government introduced this concept, where Civic Volunteers were temporarily recruitedto support the police, helping them with various tasks andbeing paid according to the work they did.They were given Rs 12,000/-Initially, Sanjay Roy joined the disaster management group of Civic Volunteers, but by working things outand currying favor with politicians, he transferred himself from disaster managementto the welfare cell of the Civic Volunteer Force.Since the welfare cell included hospitals, he leveraged the opportunity to secure free beds and admissions,earning a significant amount of money. As a result, every corrupt Civic Volunteer wanted to be in this cell.By moving himself to this department, he began visiting government hospitals dailyand earning a substantial amount. After transferring, he regularly visited R.G. Kar Medical College.Nobody stopped him. He would secure free beds for patients and earn money. After moving to the welfare cell, Sanjay Roywas now in the 4th Battalion of Kolkata Police, as the welfare cell came under it.He had a good grasp of R.G. Kar Medical Hospital. Within a year, he had been visiting it regularly since beforebecause he had also done boxing earlier. Due to this, he was assigned to handle securityat the emergency gate and trauma ward of R.G. Kar Hospital.But his main focus was to provide beds and earn money and commissions like a broker, andalong with that, he would take money from new students to make them Civic Volunteers.Just as Congress has a student wing—NSUI, and BJP has—ABVP,the Trinamool Congress has a student wing—Trinamool Chaatra Parishadwhich had a significant influence on the student union of R.G. Kar Medical College andalso had considerable influence on the student elections at R.G. Kar Medical College held every year.So, Sanjay used to flatter the prominent leaders of the student wing a lot andsecured a strong connection with them. There is a police welfare board consisting of a central committee of 14 membersthat works for the welfare of the families of police officers.His connection became so strong that he was also included in this welfare. In fact, it is also said that in this casedue to his disapproval, many police officers were transferred, leading to his complaint thathe played a major role in the transfer of six police officers from Tala Police Station and Shyam Bazar Police Station.At that time, the issue regarding the transfer, which highlighted Sanjay Roy’s name,was even reported by the Times of India, but nothing was done afterward.Additionally, in the same year, 2020, Sanjay Roy even got a barrack in the hospital to stay in, which is generally given topolice constables of C rank. So, he also received this barrack.At that time, the barrack belonged to ASI Anoop Dutta, which was being used by Sanjay Roy.He is also believed to be very close to ASI Dutta. You might have recently seen footage in the news mediaof ASI Dutta running while the media was following him. He is also being questioned currently; we will come to that point.Sanjay Roy used to get 5 liters of petrol daily for his bike. He also received Rs 12,000/- from his work.Additionally, he earned a lot from under-the-table payments by arranging free beds in the hospital.So, he enjoyed multiple benefits. Now, after a year, in 2021, a significant change took place at RG Kar Hospital.A new Principal was appointed at RG Kar Hospital—Dr. Sandeep Ghosh.Before this, he was also the Vice President of National Medical College, but he faced many allegations there.As a result, he was transferred to RG Kar Medical College.He assumed the role of Principal at RG Kar Medical College, and when he became the Principal,the Deputy Superintendent of 16 years, Akhtar Ali, stated—this was also recorded—At that time, he had a significant influence. He could exert his influence even within the hospital campus.Without any guard stopping him, he could go to any ward he wanted, any floor he wished to access,and any room he wanted to enter—he could roam freely.When 2022 arrived, he remarried without any issues.However, a few days after the marriage, he began exhibiting domestic violence. Just as he had abused his first wife,he started abusing his new wife as well. He crossed a severe line when his wife was three months pregnant, continuing to kick her.She developed a fever, and he didn’t take her for treatment. On top of that, he continued to abuse her.A complaint was filed against him at the police station. The girl’s mother came forward and complained.However, when no action was taken, the girl’s mother gave up and took her daughter back.Eventually, his second wife also passed away.He abused her and even harmed the unborn child she was carrying. We reported it to the police, who filed the report at Kaligarh Police Station.Then came the year 2023.At that time, Sanjay Roy was living comfortably, but the principal of RG Kar College was not having a good time.In June 2023, the situation escalated.Students, staff, and others started accusing the principal of corruption and financial fraud.They imposed allegation that he is even trafficking the human body part.And why was everyone saying that – the main reason behind this was – Bengal health’s department special secretaryDebal Kumar Ghosh whose enquiry came to light.The reports that were published, in which special secretary Debal Kumar Ghosh said that – RG Kar medical college’sprincipal – Dr. Sandip Ghosh – there’s an illegal activity between him and the contractor.So, Sandip Ghosh laundered a lot of money in the college construction & renovation and even signed a secret agreementwith the contractor for the bidding process. Secondly, it was said that in RG Kar Hospital’s bio medical wastethe principal is doing a fraud. Actually, the hospital produces bio medical waste along with the normal waste like,used syringes or oxygen mask, so all these can’t be thrown in the dustbin. It can cause a lot of harm in the daily life.So, for this a separate BMW cell is there that takes and manages it so that it can’t be used againso that HIV or any other disease can’t spread to anyone else. So BMW cell, through a processdestroys this bio medical waste. In this it was said that the principal Sandip Ghoshdidn’t destroy this bio-medical waste but selling it in open market and 20% from itis being kept for himself and even government officials are involved in it.And this is very dangerous for common people and action should be taking against it.After this, people start chasing the principal. TV 9 Bangla even performs a sting operation.I’ve given the link of the video in the description & when the protest increases regarding it thenafter 2 months, West Bengal Government sets up an SIT and starts the entire investigation.The principal was trapped in it regarding many things like, it was said that – NRS medical collegeand RG Kar Medical college had the same bed capacity but NRS medical college’s bio medical wastewas 1 lakh 53 thousand 650 kg and on the other hand RG Kar medical college had only 49 thousand 44 kg of bio medical wastewhich was a huge difference.Similarly, as digital skill labs are made for every college, so when the digital skill lab of RG Kar college was made then,2 crores 97 lakh 36 thousand rupees was invested and the same digital skill labwas made in Diamond Harbor Medical college in 61 lakh 47 thousand 294 rupees.The ex government employee of the college, deputy superintendent Akhtar Ali said that – what kind of a joke is going on?At that time, he even complained. He even submitted a report, even SIT made a report – this is the original copy of that reportyou can pause and read it. In August 2023,Kolkata Police registered multipel cases against Dr. Sandip Ghosh under the Prevention of Corruption Act, financial misconduct.And when nothing happens then, the deputy superintendent of the college, Akhtar Ali started chasing the principal.He made reports separately & started sending it to Anti Corruption Department, Vigilance, health care departmentsAkhtar Ali even wrote a letter to Mamata Banerjee.And when Akhtar Ali wasn’t coming to the agreement & doing a lot, then instead he was transferred from the college.But after some time, students said that the principal is deliberately failing them because of going against and striking.Those who had 70 marks in theory, even they started failing in practical.And the internship completion certificate wasn’t given as well.Without this, students don’t get registration, they can’t practice.The issue fueled up so much that many medical students even chased the principal to kll him.You can search for the original video. The principal had to keep bouncers to walk around the college.So, the protest going on right now consist of the students who weren’t happy from him since before.So, now let’s come to the current situation.So, when all these things were going on – by doing this comes the year 2024. So, in March 2024that is this year, there was a woman whose son was very sick. Then Sanjay Roy puts on a wrong eye on herhe helps this woman, helps his son to get the treatment, even he himself pays the bills for the medicineand the woman gets very happy with it but after that, Sanjay Roy finds out her number from the medical prescriptionand he sends her inappropriate messages to her back-to-back and starts calling her.All of which I’m telling was even covered by news 18 Bangla at that time.So, at that time he harasses the woman a lot and forces her to meet him.That she has to come after which he even threatens her.So, when the woman was left with no choice and she gets worried a lot, she then complains at the Lal Bazar police station.In Lal Bazar, Kolkata police has its headquarters – so after receiving this complaint police call Sanjay Roy.The police uncovers his call data record, CDR and checked his mobile.where he gets caught that he was harassing her for real. All the calls were traced by the police.And according to the rules, he was supposed to be imposed with harassment charges under IPCcriminal breach of trust and a whole lot of chares couldn’t be imposed, in facthe should have been removed from his civic volunteer’s position.But I don’t know what the reason was, nothing happens with him in this entire case.And due to all these reasons, his courage was increasing so much – if action was taken against him at that timethen the incident that happened today wouldn’t have occured.According to the rules, if you hire anyone in the post of Civic volunteerthen he shouldn’t have a criminal background. There shouldn’t be any case on him.But Sanjay Roy already had a case against him by his wife for domestic violence and on top of it, this case was also there.Even after that, he was kept for the post. Now, the complaint made by the woman couldn’t reach to any result butone thing happened that he stopped harassing that women again.And a week after this incident, another complaint is imposed on Sanjay Roy in whichhe had misbehaved with a female doctor, so what I mean to say is – its his historyto do violence with females, fighting and arguementing with them. He never argued with a boy.So, the victim of the incident that happened in RG Kar medical college, after completing her M.B.B.S from hereshe as doing M.D from the same college and was in 2nd year.Actually, after doing M.B.B.S doctors opt for a 3 year post graduation program – MD/MSwho are called as resident doctor.In India, resident doctors are in a very bad condition. They’re made to do a lot of work, in a wayhospitall becomes their residence. That’s why they’re called as resident doctors. So, in RG Kar college more than 300-400resident doctors were there. And the victim who was completing her MD from here, was the only child of her parents.Her parents had supported her education with great hard work. Her father was a tailor, so financial condition wasn’t that great.The entire family was waiting for her MD to be completed from this college as she was in 2nd year so, very few timewas left. So, that she can become a doctor quickly. So, from here the first week of the month of August had started.And from 5th of August to 8th August, I’m talking of the current year 2024.Sanjay Roy had to go to Kharagpur’s Salwa due to a work of Civic volunteer.Now, he goes there and comes back on 8th August and this was the daywhen Sanjay Roy was going to commit the biggest crime of this hospital.So, on this day that is – on 8th of August 2024 in the day itself, Sanjay Roy comes to the hospitalto admit a patient, this patient was also a civic volunteer like him in his relation.And when he came to the hospital regarding the work of this patient. At the same time, he even followed the victim.It came to be known from the CCTV footage. So, after admitting the patient, he roams around the hospital for some timeand then comes out of the hospital. Then, he gets some work related to X-Rays of the same patient.So, goes back to the hospital at 11 o’ clock at night, does his work and the patient’s surgerywas planned around 1 o’ clock. So, he stays there itself. Now, the surgery starts hereand related to the same patient, who was his friend and civic volunteer as wellhe sits behind the hospital boundary wall and starts drinking alcohol with him.Now, when they spend some time in drinking, then there was red light area named – Sonagachi near itthey plan to go there. And then, after reaching there his friend goes inside btu Sanjay waits outside on the road.And then teases the woman who were passing by. Then his friend comes backthey both go together to another red light area named, Chetla.His friend goes inside again and Sanjay gives money to girl on the road outside andasks for her private photos on his mobile by giving money.Now after some time, his friend comes back. They roam around in that area and then, his friend books an uber bikeand his friend leaves from there. Now, from here Sanjay was totally drunkand alone. From here, he watched violent adult content on his mobile and drinks alcohol again.And then after some time, he starts going towards the hospital. It was around 2:00 am -2:30 am.And he starts moving towards hospital, on the other hand the victim had arrived in the hospitalas she had a 36-hour shift in which, continuously with limited breaksone needs to work for 36 hours and you cannot go home at that time. You need to stay in hospital, so eating food and sleepingeverything should be done in hospital. So, she was in the hospital from last 36 hours.Around 11 o’ clock at night, the victim talked with her parents, then she feels hungryso the victim orders food from outside with 2 of her first year juniors – Auroko and Soumitra.And then they plan to watch the live of Neeraj Chopra’s Javelin throw, so TV was in the 3rd floor in the seminar hall.So, all the 3 people reach the seminar hall on the 3rd floor. And all 3 of them were from Chest medicine department.Then, they were watching the live match on TV. After it ends, Auroko and Soumitra leaves the seminar hall.And the victim studies there itself.In the same seminar hall, it was around 2 o’ clock at night & there was a staff membergoes to the victim and discusses somethings about patients treatment and the leaves.Until then, everything was fine. After that, at 2:35 am victim receives a message from her cousin andat 2:35 am the victim replied to that message. Then, at 3 o’ clock a staff whose name was Golampasses beside the seminar hall and until this time, the victim was sleeping with a red blanket on the mattress in the seminar hall.At that time, the sleep room was being used for a test of polysomnography sleep disorderdue to which, there was no otehr place to sleep. So, she slept there itself.She always kept a diary with herself and she wrote in it before sleeping.So, even that day she had a diary and she wrote that day as well. In this diary, she used to write her future plans.Like, she wanted to achieve gold medal from RG Kar college, she wrote names of sone big hospitalsand she wrote that she wanted to work there in future. So, now she was sleeping here in the seminar hall.And the time was around 3:50 am & until this time, Sanjay Roy had reached the hospital.When it was checked in the CCTV, then at this particular time he was seen entering from the main gate of hospital.Now, after this he looks for his prey in the entire hospital. Its not like he went and saw here coincidently.Actually, there were different operation theatres, test departments – he looks there if anyfemale patient who is unconscious, so actually he was searching for someone to commit a crime.Because it was seen in the CCTV that he went to different rooms and checked. And at 4:03 Am he reaches to the 3rd floorand enters the seminar hall. This is the original picture taken from the CCTV.When he was entering the seminar hall, then he had a Bluetooth earpiece around his neckand due to this Bluetooth device, further he’ll be caught. We’ll talk about it in a moment.After reaching at the seminar hall, he looks at the victim and then attacks. He throttles the neck and beats a lot.The victim struggles a lot, he had entered the seminar hall at 4:03 Am and in the post-mortemthe time after 4:15 has been mentioned for death. Which means the struggle took place for a long time andspeeches were given in the seminar halland it had sound proofing so, due to this whatever noise was there – it couldn’t penetrate outside.You know rest of the details, so I won’t go into detail but he broke all his limits. And after doing this crime, around 4:40 Amhe comes out of the seminar hall. He stays in the seminar hall for around 37 minutes.And after going from here, he sleeps in the hospital barrack that he got in the campus, he doesn’t runs anywhere.He didn’t have any tension in his mind. Now, when its morning and Auroko enters the seminar hall and assoon as he enters, he screams and after leaving from there he tells the entire situation to everyone.Only half the clothes were there on the body, there was bruise on the mouth, the spectacles were brokenblood was oozing out of the eyes. The entire body was covered in bruises and after this came to lightwithin an hour that is, between 6-7-7:30 am a lot of crowd gathers in the seminar hall.People enter the seminar hall wearing shoes & the crime scene was totally altered.Fingerprints were marked in different places & at this time, higher authorities even call Sandip Ghosh.He lived near to the hospital but he reaches hospital at around an hour later.And instead of complaining to the police right away, firstly he sees the seminar hall for himselfand he was largely criticised for it that he should’ve told the incident to the police and not check himself first.Now, after this around an hour had passed & the principal reaches in his office and from there he calls the police & informs themand at the same time, the college superintendent calls the victim’s family. Victim’s mother picks up the call and he tells herthat your daughter is sick, please come to the college. And he doesn’t say anything apart from it and cuts the phone.Now, after hearing all these things victim’s parents calls again to ask – what happened – they call againthen according to parents, assistant superintendent said that your daughter has done suiide.And after hearing all this, the family gets stunned and starts running towards the college.And on the other hand in the college, around 11:30 Am additional Commissioner of Police and forensic teamhad arrived at the crime scene. People were putting a lot of pressure that all the procedureswould be done in front of judicial magistrate.Because they had a doubt regarding whatever happened before it. That’s why they said thatevery procedure would be done in front of judicial magistrate.Now, at the same time around 12 PM, parents arrive at the college and as soon as they arrive they say thatthey want to meet her daughter.But they are denied. For 3 hours, they continuously try to see their daughter for once but they’re stopped from meeting.After this, at 3:30 PM, parents are shown the body of their daughter and as soon as they see it, they say thatits not a suiide, how can you say this? Someone has beaten her.Now from here, the doctors leave their work and start to gather up. Everyone was in anger because with an on-duty doctorsuch a huge thing had happened. Now, as it was 6 o’ clock in the evening, the body is sent for autopsy.And at this time, victim’s friend shows her intelligence and says that without videographynone of the autopsies will be performed. So, there she demands it anddue to this the entire autopsy is video recorded and in the initial reportswhen its said in which parts she was bruised, everyone understands that its isn’t a suiide caseits a rpe and mrdr case.This is the original copy of that autopsy, you can pause and read it.So much time had passed but nobody had registered an FIR and without registering an FIReven the post-moterm is performed for the body, this is the copy of the post-mortem. As soon as this report was publishedpeople started saying that one person hasn’t done it, this is a gag rape because it was spreading that150 mg semen was found and on an average, an Indian male body can only produce 5 mg. So, this wasn’t possiblethat’s why people started saying that this is gag rpe. Although, further this theory comes out to be false.It has many other substances.The way this entire situation was handled was seen by the doctors and they doubtedthat there’s a deep conspiracy in it. Al these things are being hidden and the way its being doneisn’t correct.All the things had been done, even the post-mortem as well but nobody filed an FIR.Then vicitm’s father registered the FIR. Students told that even the police was doing everything hurriedly.They quickly cremated the body at the cremation ground. 3 bodies were already in linepolice removed them and started the victim’s cremation and regarding this, people became very angrythat what was the rush? Now, from here the politics start.People were very angry and government understood that all the things will be out of their controlif it is not handled properly. So, police department is directly told to arrest the accused whatsoever the condition.From here, the police starts investigating deeply. When the police had arrived at the crime scene thenthey found a Bluetooth ear-piece there and from here, the police starts looking at all the CCTV cameras of college.There wasn’t a camera in the seminar hall but there was a camera at both the entry and exit lobbies of the seminar hall.And the police starts checking who went in and went out of the seminar hall after 3 o’ clock.And at that time, police sees Sanjay Roy entering the seminar hall andpolice doubts him the most because he was the only one, who wasn’t a doctor and went into the seminar halland after its too late at night. And along with it, after 3 o’ clock the victim and Sanjay Roywere in the seminar hall for the longest period of time.And after Sanjay Roy spends 37 minutes in the seminar hall, while he was exitingthen the Bluetooth ear-piece that was there around his neck while entering wasn’t there while getting out.So due to this, police has a doubt on him and they go to his barrack. He had washed and changed the clothes.And then he was sleeping there soundly. And when the police took the Bluetooth ear-piece near to his mobilethen it got connected. Then from he is taken for investigation and he starts telling everything without any fearWhen his mobile was checked, they found violent prographic content. His entire search historywas filled with these things. Now, these things were going on and in college, the principal said that -why did the victim go to the seminar hall alone? – So, regarding this people became even more angryand the doctors start protesting at small scale regarding these things until 11th August.And they even start the resignation of the principal that his link would be found and students were saying on recordthat the evidences are deliberately destroyed. In RG Kar college, nothing is done properly.There is a problem in it for sure. And the most shocking thing in it was that, on one hand such a huge case was committedand at the same time, in the same floor 20 m away from the seminar hallmanagement started the construction andthe next day, the government and principal faces so much criticism thatthe principal resigns. But instead of accepting his resignation, he was transferred to national medical college & hospital in Kolkata.It was seen as a promotion that on one hand, so much has happened & he was put in other good college in same position.I’ve linked the copy of high court’s order. Do go through it once.High court said that, principal had resigned & there were two options. Either you could’ve rejected or accepted.Apart from the 2 options why did you transfer him? You’ll get this in the 23rd point on the 10th page of high court’s judgement.High court used very harsh language and mocked the government. It pinned out the faults line by linein this entire situation, the way principal handled the situation – instead of punishing himwhy is he given promotion, he is sent to even better medical colleges. And along with it, high court said one more thingthat authority wasn’t standing along with the victim’s family and then looking at all these thingsthis case – Writ Petition 332/2024 was transferred to CBI on 13th August.Now, in this situation the protest was under government’ control.But the next day, that is 14th August, there was a student of presidency college – Rimjhim Sinhashe posted on facebook that all the people should gather in 8B Bus stand Jadavpur at night.A peaceful protest was to be held by the name – Reclaim the night – regarding women’s safety so that the victim gets justice.Regarding all these, a protest was to be held. Now, it became such a protest where, lot of crowd had gathered.And this was the time when, the matter went from college to Kolkata and then entire India.And many problems started arising for Mamta Banerjee as well. These were some demands that they asked during protest.Now, when this protest was going on and going out of control.And the problems started arising for the government, then 7000-8000 unknown peoplebreak the barricading and jump over the boundary of RG Kar Hospitalenter into the campus. MRI machine is broken, CCTV footage is broken. People who were protesting had to run.The girls in the hostel get even more worried that what is happening… andalong with this, the unknown people were even trying to enter the 3rd floorwhere this crime took place. Police also couldn’t do anything, instead of doing something police hids in the toilet.See this, they hampered in this way. Now the matter here was that the students who’re protestingwho’ll be facing problem with this. Who will send to rupture this protest.So, due to this things got worse and the government was to ought to answer directly. Now, the crowd that gatheredsome people were identified from the crowd. Their photo was leaked. The Indian Express published a reportin which photos of some people was leaked from the crowd, who were found to be linked with TMC.First photo, Soumik Das – he used to work for a local TMC leader Sukanta Sen Sharma.But TMC gave a clarification that, who can be a supporter and we don’t have any link with it.In the 2nd photo, Rishikant Mishra was seen. He is also a TMC worker along with a building material supplier.Similarly, Subhodip Kundu and the one standing before him is – Soumyadipboth of them were alos found to be linked with TMC. Similarly, Tulsi Haldar is also from TMC.So, similarly names of more people came to light who were found to be linked with TMC.So, from here the crowd became even angrier that they weren’t 100-200 peoplesome 1000 people were there. In a well coordinated way, in the same place, at the same timehow did they reach to the seminar hall, step by step?Now, regarding the entire protest and the entire situation going on – you might have a questionthat within 24 hours the accused was caught, the case was also transferred to the CBI, then why are these protests happening.So, due to the history of this hospital the people, students, doctors don’t want to entirely believe in this incident.Due to the history of this hospital, people are saying that its not that simple, it consists of even deeper conspiracythat’s why a fair enquiry should be done which is not being done.Actually, what happened was in year 2001 in Barrackporelived a boy named Soumitra Biswas, who told his parents in the month of August thatthings are not going right in RG Kar hospital. Some wrong things are being done here andthen few days later that is, on 25th August 2021, Soumitra Biswas is fund hanging from the fan.And the case that is going on right now, Kolkata police came in the same way, did some investigation and in their reportthey said that, this is a sucde case and as soon as they said that this is a sucde caseparents clearly disagree that the boy was happy.
